Pharmaceutical company, New Avakash International recently donated medical supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE) to the Ministry of Health and Child Care at the NatPharm National Warehouse in the capital.

The Ingutsheni Hospital has made great achievements in sustaining itself by means of projects.

 Ingutsheni Acting C.E.O and Deputy Chairperson of Mental Hospital Board, Dr. Nemache Mawere said the Agriculture Revival Plan Project (ARPP) has helped Ingutsheni to attain some self-sufficiency.

The Mulondolozi Special Board held a meeting recently in Bulawayo at the Mulondolozi Prison in preparation for the discharge of ready mental patients so as to reduce overcrowding at the institution, the board started during its sitting this month.

Vice President and Minister of Health and Child Care Honorable General (Rtd) Dr. C.G.D.N. Chiwenga officially re-opened St-Anne’s Harare Hospital after a 5-year closure for repairs and maintenance where he acknowledged the role which is being played by the church in complimenting government’s efforts in the provision of health care services in the country.


Continue adhering to COVID-19 regulations, Cabinet warns

As the country has managed to contain the spread of COVID-19, some communities are now letting down the bars by failing to adhere to stipulated preventative measures, this was announced by the Minister of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services, Monica Mutsvangwa in a 17th post Cabinet media briefing yesterday.
