Zimbabwe was recently awarded accreditation for the Zimbabwe Field Epidemiology Training Program (ZimEFTP).
In 2017, the Training Programs in Epidemiology and Public Health Interventions Network (TEPHINET) global public health accrediting body conducted a site visit to assess the ZimFETP for accreditation. Following a weeklong intensive assessment, the program was recommended for accreditation.
